ill title Testimonials

My husband and I have lost 15 lbs on this diet in our first month.  The first week, I was a bit tired trying to get over the "carb crash", but the following week, my energy definitely picked up.  Now I'm having trouble going to bed on time because I have so much more energy than I've had before.  Maybe I can start staying up later and getting even more done?!  I've also been surprised at how good we're eating.  We're not suffering, we're not hungry all the time, and our meals taste wonderful and are satisfying.  Bottom line for us is, if we're suffering, it will never work, but we are definitely not suffering eating like this!

Things were going good and I was feeling great on my runs. I was also losing weight. I've had a bit of a downturn since early December. Mostly cause I was eating all sorts of crap...and I felt it on the run. I'm still losing weight, just not as quick and I don't feel all that great. There was a lot of stomach/intestinal upset from the re-introduction of all those carbs and sugars. I have been steadily getting more on track again. I think some days I was eating a lot of hidden sugars. As we are cutting carbs and sugars and adding more proteins I'm starting to feel a bit better too. My intestines are much more happy too! We also have started a lifting program the last two weeks too. I have noticed that there are days when we eat no carbs or processed foods and we don't even miss it....”
